Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 8, 2026

The Law Offices of Burg & Brock wants everyone to be able to use UberLawyer.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. People often come to this site after an injury, so we want the information and the ways to reach us to be easy to use.

Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities.

What We Do

  • We build pages with standard HTML headings, lists, links and form labels so that assistive technology can read them.
  • The menus, forms and other controls can be used with a keyboard.
  • We provide text descriptions for meaningful images.
  • The site offers light and dark display modes and works with browser zoom and text resizing.
  • We check the site with automated accessibility testing tools and by hand with a keyboard, and we fix the problems we find.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet our standard:

  • Many older articles and pages were carried over from our previous website. Some of their images may lack a full text description, and some headings may not follow a strict order.
  • Some content comes from other companies, such as embedded Google maps and the live chat window. We do not control how that content is built, though we choose providers with accessibility in mind.
  • Some older Spanish-language pages do not have the same features as the English pages.

We continue to review the site and fix issues as we find them.
