Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to your use of uberlawyer.com (the "Site"). The Site is published by the Law Offices of Burg & Brock ("the firm," "we," "us," or "our"). UberLawyer.com is the firm's rideshare injury practice and is not a separate law firm. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Attorney Advertising

This Site is attorney advertising. The attorney responsible for its content is Cameron Y. Brock, Esq., 4554 Sherman Oaks Avenue, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in California. The Site is not intended to solicit clients in any jurisdiction where it would not comply with local rules on lawyer advertising.

2. No Legal Advice

The information on the Site is general information about the law and about our firm. It is not legal advice, and it may not reflect the most recent changes in the law. Every case depends on its own facts. Do not act, or decide not to act, based on anything you read on the Site without first speaking with a lawyer about your situation.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Reading the Site, calling us, sending a form, using the chat window or sending an email does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with the firm begins only when we agree to represent you and both sides sign a written fee agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site. Sending a message does not mean we have agreed to take your case, and it does not stop any legal deadline from running.

4. Past Results

Any case results, settlements or verdicts described on the Site depend on the facts and law of each case. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome, and we cannot promise any particular result in your case.

5. How You May Use the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms or chat;
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by sending malicious code or excessive automated requests;
  • Copy, scrape or republish content from the Site in bulk without our written permission.

6. Forms, Calls and Chat

When you contact us through the Site, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and to review your possible claim. Calls, form submissions and chat messages may be received by our intake staff and by service providers who help us operate the Site, as described in our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers shown on the Site may be tracking numbers that forward to our office.

7. Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logos, photographs and other content on the Site belong to the firm or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

8. Links to Other Websites

The Site links to websites run by others, such as government agencies, courts, news outlets and social media platforms. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the website or its owner.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the firm and its attorneys and staff will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from your use of the Site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on any information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it and the choices you have, including your rights as a California resident.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Site after we post changes, you accept the updated terms.
